After graduating, Doylestown, Pennsylvania, resident Andrew Muc served on the audit staff at the public accounting firm BDO Seidman before joining McCormick, Taylor, & Associates, Inc. as a staff accountant.

Andrew Muc holding a paddle on a recent kayaking trip. | Away from his professional life, Mr. Muc volunteers as an usher with the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and he devotes time to working with local animal shelters. In his free time, he enjoys camping and hiking the Appalachian Trail as well as spending time in his garden and exploring the Caribbean via cruises.

Andrew Muc is an Accounting Manager

Andrew Muc is a respected Pennsylvania accountant who has engaged professionally with NRG Energy, Inc., over the past 13 years. A longtime volunteer with the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Andrew Muc helps out each year with the Polish Festival, which attracts thousands of visitors to the shrine on Labor Day weekend.

Entertainment at the festival includes music and dancing, as well as the elaborate historical reenactment presentations of living history groups. These include the World War Two Polish Living History Group and the Banner of Jasna Gora, which brings focus to the era of the Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth of the 17th Century. The name of the group comes from those who defended the Jasna Gora Monastery during the Potop, also known as the Swedish Deluge. 

In addition to military aspects of the era, Banner of Jasna Gora members present diverse cultural aspects of the period, including the lives and costumes of peasants and feudal lords. Beyond living history demonstrations, the group offers Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth lectures and displays at cultural organizations and schools.
